Our production line  is fully equipped and can ensure smooth compliance of our customers' schedule and even their emergency requirements. It consists of power presses up to 400 Tons, Drill, Tapping, Milling, Turning and Welding (MIG, Spot and Projection).

We also provide post forming processes like Chrome Free Plating, Zinc Chromate, Nickel  Plating, Power Coating, Galvanizing and Heat Treatment Processes through approved vendors

Our Quality Assurance department consists of latest equipments viz. Faro gague (Robotic CMM), Profile Projecter, Hardness Tester, Compressibility and Recovery Testing machine, Oven and other conventional tools like Digital Vernier Caliper, Digital Height gauge and Digital Micrometers.
